With over two decades of experience, Dr. Leslie Predmore is recognized for her expertise in injectables, lasers, and personalized aesthetic care. Her practice philosophy combines medical precision with artistry, yielding results that enhance your natural features while preserving authenticity.
Matt combines a strong clinical background in cardiology and advanced nursing with a passion for aesthetics and patient-centered care. Known for his gentle technique and approachable demeanor, he provides expert treatments in injectables, hormone therapy, and medical weight loss.
Rhiannon is licensed by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology as an Aesthetician, is Certified Laser Technician by the Arizona Department of Health Services and a Clinical/Corporate Trainer. She has over 25 years of experience in the aesthetic industry. Rhiannon holds advanced training and certification in skin care rejuvenation, resurfacing, treating acne, scar revision, chemical peels, laser skin resurfacing, non-ablative resurfacing, photo facials, laser hair removal, vein removal, and body contouring devices. She has served as a consultant in medical esthetics, is a trainer for Vivace RF Microneedling, Plasma Pen as well as aiding in research and development for skin care . Rhiannon’s philosophy in medical esthetics is science backed and results-driven. She offers an individualized approach to each client’s priorities and needs. She strives to help patients put their best face forward!
Alexandra has been a member of the All About Me team since 2018. Offering personalized support and assistance to patients, she creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. As a seasoned team member, Alexandra has taken on a managerial role, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring our patients remain at the forefront of everything we do. Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys playing video games, shopping, and spending quality time with her Alaskan Malamute, Shiloh.
Maya joined All About Me in January of 2026 when she relocated to Arizona from Oregon. She thrives in our front of house where she combines her strong organizational skills with her warm and approachable personality. Maya naturally creates a welcoming environment for every guest and enjoys supporting her team with efficiency and care. Outside of the office you can find her trying a new restaurant, by the pool, at church, cheering on the Oregon Ducks, and spending time with her fiancé and their Cavapoo, Georgia.
