Since 2006, Dr. Predmore’s experience and focus has been on delivering the results and experience our patients are after. All About Me was founded in 2011 and has since grown into a thriving practice of like-minded providers and a client-focused care team.

Dr. Leslie Predmore grew up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest outside Portland, Oregon. She received…
her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, then returned to Portland to complete her Doctorate at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine. With a strong background and several years of experience in dermatology, primary care, and nutrition, Dr. Predmore brings to her practice an extensive knowledge of both skin pathology and the science of restorative procedures. As a certified teacher in the Cutera laser system, as well as a clinical application specialist, she has traveled throughout the country training other physicians on these aesthetic devices. This training also included fractional laser resurfacing, intense pulsed light treatment, hair removal, non-ablative skin tightening and dermal fillers. While her services previously concentrated on fractional CO2 laser resurfacing, Dr Predmore’s primary focus is her expertise with various injectables such as Botox, Juvaderm and Radiesse. In addition, she is proficient in performing the skin resurfacing treatment, collagen induction therapy, known as microneedling. Most recently, Dr Predmore has become a certified technician for CoolSculpting, a new and innovative non-surgical procedure for fat removal and body contouring. Recognizing that each patient is unique in their skincare needs, Dr. Predmore prides herself in formulating individualized treatment programs to achieve optimal results with education and awareness. With her professionalism, energy and compassion, Dr. Predmore’s greatest satisfaction comes from successfully guiding her patients in achieving their health and skincare goals.
Matthew grew up near Lake Michigan in Racine, Wisconsin. H received his Bachelor of Science…
Degree from the University of Wisconsin, after which he spent nearly a decade in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry focusing on Cardiology. With a passion for helping patients and a desire to work more closely with them, Matt continued his education by receiving a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Arizona. Matt spent time working at Honor Health as a heart failure Nurse where his passion to serve patients and building a rapport with them continued to grow. Since then, his decade of experience in the Heart Catheter lab and operating room has strengthened his clinical experience and dedication to serving patients.Matt joined All About Me Medical Aesthetics to put his vast clinical experience and love for patients to work in the Aesthetic field. Matt is certified as a Botox and Subdermal Filler Nurse Injector and is excited to serve patients to assist them with their aesthetic goals. Matthew has also founded our service line offerings including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide treatments, as well as Hormone Replacement Therapy.Matthew lives in Anthem with his wife, Kim and three children. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, playing pickle ball, traveling, dirt biking, church, and reading.
Rhiannon is licensed by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology as an Aesthetician
is Certified Laser Technician by the Arizona Department of Health Services and a Clinical/Corporate Trainer. She has over 25 years of experience in the aesthetic industry. Rhiannon holds advanced training and certification in skin care rejuvenation, resurfacing, treating acne, scar revision, chemical peels, laser skin resurfacing, non-ablative resurfacing, photo facials, laser hair removal, vein removal, and body contouring devices. She has served as a consultant in medical esthetics, is a trainer for Vivace RF Microneedling, Plasma Pen as well as aiding in research and development for skin care . Rhiannon’s philosophy in medical esthetics is science backed and results-driven. She offers an individualized approach to each client’s priorities and needs. She strives to help patients put their best face forward!
Maya joined All About Me in January of 2026 when she relocated to Arizona from Oregon.
She thrives in our front of house where she combines her strong organizational skills with her warm and approachable personality. Maya naturally creates a welcoming environment for every guest and enjoys supporting her team with efficiency and care. Outside of the office you can find her trying a new restaurant, by the pool, at church, cheering on the Oregon Ducks, and spending time with her fiancé and their Cavapoo, Georgia.
